HC-One Ltd in Coventry is seeking a Unit Manager to lead a care home unit with a focus on dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care. The role is full-time (38.5 hours/week) with a 3 on/3 off shift pattern, and includes taking responsibility for a part of the home and stepping in for the Home Manager when absent.
You will ensure resident dignity and wellbeing, provide compassionate leadership, and uphold safeguarding obligations while supporting colleagues across the home.
