HC-One Ltd. is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for a full-time role (44 hours/week, day shifts) in Cheltenham. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, ensure personalised care plans and high standards of care, and work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to support residents with dementia and other needs.
Ideally you hold a Level 2 Diploma in Adult Social Care and aim for Level 3, with excellent people-skills, organisation and a compassionate approach to residents and families.
