About The Role
Please note: This role is Part Time, 24.5 hours per week, with late shifts from 2:30 pm to 10:00 pm, working on a 3x on, 3x off rota pattern.

Your responsibilities include caring for the physical and emotional wellbeing and social needs of residents, assisting with personal care such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals.
Providing care that genuinely comes from the heart, ensuring residents retain their dignity and individuality, through activities within the care home. Whether helping someone with limited mobility, offering emotional support, or caring at the end of life, your priority is their wellbeing.
Safeguarding is everyone\’s responsibility. You should recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. All colleagues must attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and seek advice or escalate concerns as needed.
