Flex Force Care Assistant Overview
As a Flex Force Care Assistant, you’ll work flexible, contracted hours at our care homes across the South Essex area. You’ll support residents with personal care activities, deliver compassionate care and have the freedom to choose shifts that fit your schedule.
Homes include Godden Lodge, SS7 3GL; Oaklands, SS16 6SX; The Hornchurch, RM12 6RJ; Admirals Reach, CM1 2GA.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals
- Help residents with limited mobility
- Take responsibility for the well‑being of residents on and off site
Qualifications
A driving licence with access to a vehicle would be advantageous but is not essential. Safeguarding knowledge and a commitment to professional development are required.
