HC-One Ltd. is recruiting a Care Assistant to support residents across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes.

You will work under a Registered Nurse, helping with personal care, meals and daily activities, ensuring each resident maintains dignity and independence.

You will contribute to a caring environment, prioritise wellbeing, and participate in safeguarding training and ongoing development to support residents and families in a compassionate and respectful way.
