HC-One in Middlestone Moor is seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and deliver person‑centred care across our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist homes. You will plan and implement care that supports security, dignity and independence, while building strong relationships with residents and their families.
You will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, support daily activities, assist with medication and maintain accurate records.
