HC-One is hiring an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver activities that delight Residents across our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You will support fundraising events, boost residents’ confidence to socialise, and bring ideas based on Residents’ hobbies while working kindly with the team.
You will need a background with vulnerable individuals, a positive energy, and strong planning/IT skills. Safeguarding training and escalation as needed are part of the role.
