HC-One is seeking a Care Assistant to join our team across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. Working under a Registered Nurse, you’ll support residents with their physical, emotional and social wellbeing, including personal care and daily activities.
We offer full-time day shifts or part-time late shifts on a 3 on/3 off pattern, with a focus on compassion, dignity and a person-centred approach.
