HC-One Limited is seeking a caring and committed Care Assistant to join our team. You will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing, including personal care, meals, and daily activities in the home.
You will help residents maintain independence, respond to distress with compassion, and contribute to end-of-life support where required. Safeguarding training and ongoing development are part of the role.
