About the role
As a Senior Care Assistant at Launton Grange, kindness is at the core of everything you do. You will plan and implement care that gives residents security, dignity and independence, getting to know their families and ensuring personalised care plans. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintain the highest standards of care and influence the rest of the team. You will provide physical and mental stimulation through social activities, administer medication, and maintain accurate records of the care you provide.
