HC-One is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen in our care homes across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist settings in the UK. You will plan nutritious menus, supervise staff, manage stock and budgets, and ensure food safety standards are met, including HACCP.
You will tailor meals to dietary and cultural needs while creating welcoming mealtime experiences. You will champion kindness, mentor your team, and contribute to continuous improvement and learning opportunities.
