HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and deliver person-centred care across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist sectors. You’ll develop personalised care plans, support residents and families, and maintain high standards of care with compassion.
Working closely with Registered Nurses and the Care Manager, you’ll supervise fellow Care Assistants, ensure accurate records, and promote dignity, independence and wellbeing through everyday interactions and activities.
