About the role

Full time 33 hours per week on a seven‑day rota, with long 12‑hour shifts. You will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, supporting the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our residents. Personal care duties include washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, as well as helping with daily activities in the home.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate personal care that respects each resident’s individuality and dignity.
  • Support residents with limited mobility, offering comfort and safety.
  • Provide end‑of‑life care with empathy and professionalism.
  • Actively safeguard residents, recognising signs of abuse, harm or neglect and reporting concerns appropriately.

Eligibility

You must have the full right to work in the UK and be able to attend safeguarding training appropriate to your role. We do not offer sponsorship or accept applications from individuals on time‑limited visas.
