About the role
Full time 33 hours per week. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you’ll support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our residents. This includes personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and helping with daily activities in the home. You’ll deliver care that comes from the heart, ensuring residents maintain individuality. You may support those with limited mobility, provide comfort to distressed residents, and give compassionate end-of-life care.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You must recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and take appropriate action, attend safeguarding training for your role, and report concerns with escalation if action is not taken.
