HC-One is hiring an Activities Co-ordinator to bring kindness to our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes.
The role focuses on planning and delivering engaging activities that delight residents and support their social well-being.
You'll work with the Home Manager to organise fundraising events, develop activity ideas based on residents’ hobbies, and involve the care team while maintaining a warm, caring approach.
This part-time role is 21 hours per week.
