About the Role
Night Care Assistant – 33 hours per week.
At HC‑One, we care for residents in dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes.
As a Night Care Assistant you support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities include
- Personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
- Assisting with daily activities and maintaining residents’ individuality.
- Providing compassionate end‑of‑life care.
- Safeguarding: recognising signs of abuse, harm or neglect, attending relevant training and reporting concerns.
Mandatory right to work in the UK – no sponsorship available.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a care role is desired.
- Ability to work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Strong communication and team‑working skills.
