The predicted salary is between 12 - 14 £ per hour.

Part Time 16 hours Weekends working Saturday and Sundays.

As a Receptionist you will be the friendly face of the HC-One Care Home, responsible for meeting and greeting all visitors including new enquirers, friends and family members of residents, health & social care professionals and members of the local community. You will be responsible for dealing with all types of enquiries and as the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide advice and support both face to face and over the telephone.

When joining HC-One you will support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties, maintaining accurate filing whilst working to deadlines. With responsibility for ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed in a timely manner, you will be expected to use your initiative and will be happy working independently.

HC-One are looking for someone who has worked as a receptionist before and so understands how important first impressions are. You will also have experience in giving excellent customer service and have a professional and friendly manner over the telephone and face to face.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and therefore it is important that you are able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
