It’s what shapes our care across Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist homes.
Our Residents are people with rich lives and personal stories.
By joining HC-One, you’ll help give something back — through care, respect, and attention to detail.
You’ll help create a clean, safe, and welcoming home.
Your work will make a real difference every day.
Key responsibilities include
- Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas

Some housekeeping experience is helpful, but full training is provided.
You’ll need to be organised, manage your time well, and work with attention to detail.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility and therefore it is important that you are able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns.
All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas.
You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
