About You
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months’ experience in Health or Social Care, a valid NMC PIN and a commitment to the standards of practice set by the NMC.
Responsibilities
- Build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills.
- Make a difference to our Residents at a time of their life when they may feel the most vulnerable, guiding and supporting them in life-changing decisions.
- Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, and provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
- Communicate effectively, verbally and written, role model professional behaviours.
- Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for the people living in our care home and their families.
- Safeguard residents by recognising signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, reporting concerns and escalating when necessary.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a minimum of 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
- Valid NMC PIN.
- Commitment to NMC standards of practice.
- Passion for mentoring, knowledge sharing, professional development and person-centred care.

This position is working 37.5 hours per week on night shift with weekends on a rota basis.
