About the role

Please note: The role will be a three on three off shift pattern and a total of 38.50 hours per week.

With your previous care experience, you will be leading our care team to provide personalised care, meeting and exceeding our residents’ expectations.

Qualifications

  • NVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care is essential for this role, and you must be willing to complete Level 3.
  • At least 6 months experience of being a Senior / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting is essential.
