HC-One Scotland is developing a Specialist Dementia Care Community at Darnley Court care home.

The SDCC will provide a bespoke living environment with enhanced staffing and specialist training to support people with dementia and complex needs.

The Dementia Nurse Practitioner will lead, deliver, and coordinate person-centred dementia care in a purpose-designed residential setting to improve clinical outcomes, working with nursing, social care, psychology and wellbeing teams.
