HC-One in Ayr is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of Care Assistants in our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes.

You will shape personalised care plans, support residents to maintain dignity and independence, and work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager.

You will build strong relationships with residents and families, ensure accurate records, and help deliver engaging social activities.
