HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to design and run engaging activities for Residents across our dementia, nursing, and residential care homes.

You’ll plan events, support fundraising with the Home Manager, and help residents socialise with confidence, guided by kindness at every step.

We value candidates who have experience with vulnerable individuals, strong planning and IT skills, and the ability to work with empathy.
