HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for our Newark-on-Trent site. This full‑time role (38.5 hours per week) offers a 3 on/3 off shift pattern, with a £1,000 welcome bonus for successful applicants.
You will lead a team of Care Assistants, support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager, and help deliver personalised care plans that promote dignity, security and independence for residents with dementia, nursing, residential and specialist needs.
