HC-One is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of Care Assistants and deliver personalised care across our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will work closely with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to ensure high standards and accurate records.
You will support residents and families, perform medication administration, and promote security, dignity and independence with a compassionate, kind approach.
