We are looking for kind, compassionate nurses to join our care home teams. The role combines clinical expertise with the opportunity to build lasting relationships with residents and their families. In return, we offer competitive, experience‑based pay and a package of rewarding benefits.

You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months of experience in health or social care. Requirements include a valid NMC PIN number and a commitment to professional standards set by the NMC.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide person‑centred care and support residents through life‑changing decisions.
  • Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and model professional behaviour.
  • Advocate for residents and their families, delivering a person‑centred approach to care.
  • Recognise signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and act appropriately, including attending safeguarding training and escalating concerns when necessary.
