About You

In your role as a Clinical Lead at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do, touching upon Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. You will ensure the level of clinical care exceeds professional standards and statutory, regulatory and legal requirements, providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence, and supervising and coaching colleagues to deliver unmatched empathy for resident issues.

You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid PIN and will commit to practice standards set by the NMC. You will have a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor for students. You will demonstrate effective written and verbal communication and model professional behaviours. You will advocate and deliver a person‑centred approach to care for residents and their families.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. You must recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, know what to do with concerns, attend safeguarding training appropriate to your role, and seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.
