Part‑time Registered Nurse – 22 hours per week, delivering person‑centred care in a care‑home environment.

As a Registered Nurse at HC‑One you will:

  • Practice in a nurse‑led environment, applying clinical expertise and complex decision‑making skills.
  • Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
  • Advocate and deliver person‑centred care for residents and their families.
  • Serve as a role model for effective communication and professional behaviour.
  • Recognise and respond to safeguarding concerns, attending required training and escalating when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
  • Valid NMC PIN.
  • Commitment to the NMC standards of practice.
