Part‑time Registered Nurse – 22 hours per week, delivering person‑centred care in a care‑home environment.
As a Registered Nurse at HC‑One you will:
- Practice in a nurse‑led environment, applying clinical expertise and complex decision‑making skills.
- Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
- Advocate and deliver person‑centred care for residents and their families.
- Serve as a role model for effective communication and professional behaviour.
- Recognise and respond to safeguarding concerns, attending required training and escalating when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care.
- Valid NMC PIN.
- Commitment to the NMC standards of practice.
