Key Responsibilities
- Clean airline crew rooms to the required standard
- Clean VIP rooms to the highest level of presentation
- Support housekeeping operations to maintain high presentation standards
- Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, empty bins and restock amenities
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets and clean mirrors for a neat appearance
- Sanitise surfaces thoroughly to maintain hygiene
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries
- Promptly report any maintenance issues or damages
- Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to safety protocols
- Ensure the security of guest rooms and the privacy of guests
- Provide professional and respectful service to guests and respond to their requests promptly
Person Specification
Experience
- Essential: Previous housekeeping experience
- Preferred: Experience cleaning VIP rooms and working to high hotel standards

- Strong attention to detail

- Physical ability to lift, bend and stand for extended periods
