HotelCare is seeking a Deputy Head Housekeeper to support the Head Housekeeper in managing a busy hotel housekeeping department. You will lead teams, uphold standards for HotelCare and clients, and ensure daily targets are met with a focus on efficiency and quality.
With hands-on involvement in cleaning duties and strong IT and organizational skills, you will coordinate with the GM and senior management in the absence of the Head Housekeeper, contributing to overall service excellence.
