As Key Account Manager – Transfers, you will manage and grow a portfolio of key European and Rest‑of‑World clients for HBX Group. You will own commercial performance (TTV, Operating Margin), protect existing sales and drive sustainable growth, including cross‑selling across mobility and experiences. The role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and the ability to balance short‑term trading needs with long‑term strategic value.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key partners across Europe and ROW.
- Build trusted senior relationships with commercial and operational stakeholders.
- Drive growth, retention and profitability through structured account plans.
- Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across mobility and experiences.
- Lead pricing, incentive and promotional discussions.
- Support trading during challenging market conditions.
- Analyse performance and client behaviour to identify risks and opportunities.
- Use insights to guide commercial decisions and strengthen partnerships.
- Provide clear performance updates to internal stakeholders.
Skillset and Experience Required:
- 5+ years in sales or key account management within travel.
- Experience managing B2B portfolios with revenue and margin responsibility.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills; confident decision‑maker.
- Experience growing and protecting revenue in volatile markets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Highly organised, self‑driven and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent English.
- Commercial, analytical and solution‑oriented.
- Comfortable in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
