JOB DESCRIPTION: The Company Secretary Administrator will support the Group Company Secretarial function in maintaining robust governance across a global, multi-entity structure, ensuring compliance with: UK Companies Act 2006 (for UK entities) Spanish Listing Rules / CNMV requirements (for the parent company) EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) Internal governance frameworks Other identified regulations.
The role is focused on operational delivery, accuracy, and efficiency, enabling the senior Co Sec team to deliver board excellence, regulatory compliance and scalable global governance.
