Role Description
The Solicitor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Barnsley. Responsibilities include providing legal advice and assistance in our cineyanving department or wills and provate department depending on experience. The role will involve managing client cases effectively with an kndependant targeted case load, preparing legal documents, liaising with clients and other professionals, and representing clients in negotiations and transactions. The solicitor will also ensure compliance with legal regulations and maintain the highest level of client care.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Law and proficiency specifically in either residential or commercial coveyancing and wills, probate, trusts and powers of attorney.
- Experience in any of the above areas is essential. Experience across a range of practice areas is desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently, ensuring organizational and time management proficiency
- Professional qualifications in law (e.g., Solicitor, Legal Practice Course certification or equivalent)
- Proven track record of working on complex cases and providing sound legal advice
