The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
As a Product Designer, you will report to the Director of Products and Service. You will be responsible for market and product research alongside UX/UI design for new product features. Working with a cross-functional team comprised of a product manager, product data analyst, content creator, and a team of engineers, you will play a critical role in guiding our work at HBSUK, from discovery through to implementation. You will be integral to the discovery process to ensure that we are defining and prioritising features of value and assess and measure usability to identify areas of improvement.

- Essential Criteria:
- EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION AND TRAINING: Undergraduate degree
- EXPERIENCE: Experience in working with clients directly, experience running customer insights, research experience
- KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Computer literate and confidently use Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook), graphic design and use of Adobe creative suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (video editor), AE, etc., organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines, following procedures, creativity, attention to detail

Within this position, you will mainly be:
- Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor research to inform design decisions. Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and user preferences.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, sales, marketing) for optimal user experiences and feature-business alignment. Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams to ensure seamless feature ideation and delivery. Work closely with the product team to define ideas, roadmaps, and support market and competitor research. Advocate for best user practices across the business.
- Design and Optimization: Create mockups for new features, iterate on existing designs, and collaborate with the development team. Identify opportunities for product or feature enhancements and optimisation through research, user testing, and analytics tools.
- Ownership and Advocacy: Take ownership of user, customer, and internal insights. Advocate UX research best practices and processes for team success.
- Branding and Trademarks: Manage product brand and trademarks.
- UX Project Leadership: Responsible for leading UX projects from discovery to handoff to product owner. Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables for design-heavy initiatives.
