Product Manager The business is currently at a pivotal stage in implementing a transformative workforce management platform. This solution leverages agentic AI and robotics to redefine how we manage our people and operations. Having partnered with a third party for the initial build, we are now seeking a Product Manager to lead the transition of this platform into a core, internal product pillar. You will join taking the reins to build a long-term roadmap that moves beyond tactical fixes and into sustainable, strategic growth. This role will report to the Head of Change and Strategy.
