The role will involve managing and supporting a team of producers, junior producers, editors, and freelancers during event time. What you’ll be doing:

  • Exercise editorial and creative control on the output, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with HBS standards.
  • Collaborate with on-screen talent, editorial teams, and technical partners to develop compelling content and format.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices across productions.
  • Develop and coach junior members of the team to help them grow throughout the season.

What we’re looking for:

  • Significant experience as a Senior Producer in Non Live on high-profile live sport broadcasts, agencies, or rights holders.

  • Proven ability to manage a creative team, including on-screen talent (essential).
  • Understanding and knowledge of the Basketball ecosystem – broadcast production, fandom, culture, and lifestyle.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with confidence managing several shoots and edit teams (essential).
  • Calm decision-maker who thrives under pressure and can adapt quickly in live environments.
