Want to be part of the team that brings major sporting events to life? Our Production Department is looking for a dynamic coordinator to support our global operations. You\’ll be working behind the scenes of some of the world\’s biggest sporting events, ensuring smooth operations from planning to execution.

Production Support & Organization

• Organize and maintain project documentation and briefings
• Support workflow development and organizational structures

Team & Event Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate staff for events
• Organize pre-event briefings and documentation
• Liaise with all HBS departments and sub-contractors
• Assist with budget tracking and cost control
• Process purchase orders and invoices
• Maintain and update production documentation

For this Job you Must:

• Have experience as Production Coordinator/Assistant (preferably in sports)
• Be fluent in English with strong MS Office skills
• Be willing to travel for long-term assignments

Is it really for me?

Professional Background

• Sports/tournament experience is a plus
• Understanding of production documentation (running orders, cue sheets, call sheets)

Technical Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience with production-related paperwork
• Ability to handle multiple project management tools
