About the role

HBS is looking for a Production Coordinator to support our Production Managers as we plan for the FIFA World Cup 2026™ next year. You’ll play a key role in organising, planning, and coordinating multiple deliverables — ensuring every production runs seamlessly from preparation to delivery.

• Support Production Managers across event preparation and operations.
• Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and event briefings.
• Liaise with internal teams and external subcontractors.
• Track budgets, raise purchase orders, and process invoices.
• Assist with logistics, staffing, and general event administration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of production workflows.
• Provide on‑site support during live events when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Production Coordinator or Production Assistant, within sports or live events.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confident handling production paperwork (running orders, call sheets, cue sheets).
• Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and proactive, with the ability to multitask and travel when needed.
