We’re on the hunt for a Production Manager who thrives in high-pressure environments, excels at managing complex productions, and is passionate about delivering world-class sports content. Please note, this role requires a minimum of 3 days a week in the office in Central London and international travel (including long-term trips).

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and manage comprehensive production plans across live and non-live content
  • Support the editorial team in defining workflows and procedures to achieve a world-class coverage
  • Lead the implementation of specialised cameras in coordination with Engineering department
  • Oversee event-time Production delivery, lead post-production, ENG crews, and content management workflows
Team & Resource Management
  • Guide and support a team of project coordinators
  • Manage relationships with technical suppliers and contractors
  • Develop and implement staff training programs
Budget & Operations Control
  • Drive production budget forecasting and optimisation
  • Coordinate scheduling for event deliverables
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across all HBS departments
What we’re looking for
  • Proven experience in production or broadcast environment with a focus on live production (OB and or centralised), preferable in sports events
  • Strong project & supplier management skills in media production
  • Knowledge of broadcast production standards and equipment
  • Understanding of production workflows and processes
  • Experience with industry-standard software and tools
  • Team leadership skills and coordination abilities
  • Be fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
