About the role
HBS is looking for a Production Coordinator to support our Production Managers as we plan for the FIFA World Cup 2026TM next year. You'll play a key role in organising, planning, and coordinating multiple deliverables â ensuring every production runs seamlessly from preparation to delivery.
- Support Production Managers across event preparation and operations.
- Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and event briefings.
- Liaise with internal teams and external subcontractors.
- Track budgets, raise purchase orders, and process invoices.
- Assist with logistics, staffing, and general event administration.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of production workflows.
- Provide onâsite support during live events when required.
What Weâre Looking For
- Experience as a Production Coordinator or Production Assistant, within sports or live events.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident handling production paperwork (running orders, call sheets, cue sheets).
- Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and proactive, with the ability to multitask and travel when needed.
