- Developing a precise manual of certification requirements and creation of an environment for integrating certification inputs based on operational reality.
- Processing and managing a comprehensive summary of certification requirements for operations.
- Building internal tools to automate the collection of utility data and certification evidence.
- Creation and maintenance of custom AI agents to synthesise regulatory updates into digestible summaries for the team.
- Data extraction automation from PDF reports and invoices into our central ESG dashboard.
- Support for technical data input for annual reporting frameworks (GRESB, SBTi, EPRA, CDP).
- Analysis of performance data from our assets to identify "performance gaps" between design intent and operational reality.
