Due to promotion, we are looking for our next IT Professional Services Manager at The HBP Group. Leading our IT Professional Services & Operations team, you will ensure that team objectives align with the company’s strategic goals. You will drive team performance, foster collaboration, and continuously improve processes. Your leadership will also focus on driving operational excellence, promoting innovation, and improving service delivery to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service.   • Lead by example, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the company’s core values.

  • Ensure that all financial activities adhere to the company’s internal controls and external regulations.

MAIN TASKS

Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop your team, conducting regular performance reviews and creating individualised growth plans (TTPs & Progression Plans).

Operational Efficiency: Continuously seek ways to improve team processes, using data and AI tools to increase productivity.

Resource Management: Ensure optimal resource allocation to meet project demands and deadlines.

Client Engagement: Maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring smooth project delivery and post project support.

KPI Management: Monitor and report on key performance metrics to drive accountability and transparency.

  • PRINCE2 Agile Foundation/ Waterfall/ Scrum Master/ SAFe qualification or equivalent as determined by a combination of education, experience, and demonstrated competencies., Above + PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, Demonstrated experience in building and developing teams, providing mentorship, and fostering professional growth.

  • Strong understanding of strategic planning and execution, with experience in aligning team goals with broader company objectives.

  • Proven ability to manage team budgets and contribute to financial decision making.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and data driven decision making processes.
