Your New Role... We are looking for a highly motivated Intern to join the HBO Max EMEA Content Planning team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about streaming, entertainment and content operations. You’ll work closely with the planning team and cross-functional partners to ensure our content pipeline runs smoothly, supporting the team with essential tracking, documentation and presentation tasks. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a proactive, flexible approach, being ready to support the team on any task as needs arise.
Your Role Accountabilities...
- Help maintain and share content release plans, ensuring accurate, clear and timely communication to all key stakeholders.
- Update internal systems, trackers, and databases to ensure content slates, timelines, and operational information remain accurate and up to date.
- Check and validate metadata across titles to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal guidelines.
- Prepare and support the creation of high-quality PowerPoint presentations and other materials for meetings, newsletters, and stakeholder updates.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, helping manage information flow across Content, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of Airtable and other tracking systems.
- Assist with ad-hoc research, data gathering, and cross-team requests as required.
- Provide flexible, hands-on support to the team as priorities shift.
Qualifications & Experience...
- You must be a current University student in your 2nd year of study, looking to spend your 3rd year on placement and graduating no earlier than July 2028.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and ready to support the team on any task as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- A positive, proactive mindset and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of the entertainment or media industry and the EMEA market is advantageous.
- Experience with Airtable or similar content tracking tools is advantageous.
The Internship… Salary: £27,000 p/a Contract Length: 12 months Start Date: 6th July 2026 You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects. You will have access to personal and professional development courses, executive speakers’ series, special screenings and more. You will be part of our Early Talent network of over 100 interns & apprentices, meaning you will have an important support network of other students, graduates and apprentices and plenty of opportunities to socialise!

Stage 3: Pre-recorded video interview via HireVue will be sent out, to be completed in February. Stage 4: Assessment Centres & Interviews will take place in April.
