The role at a glance: To provide independent QHSE assurance through planned audits and inspections, while also leading the development and implementation of a structured, consistent training and competence framework for fibre engineers. The role ensures engineers are onboarded, trained, and assessed against a defined pathway that promotes safe working, technical competence, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality right‑first‑time delivery.
