We are seeking a commercially driven sales leader with experience selling technology solutions into the Aerospace & Defence sector, including government, military, and research organizations. The ideal candidate can quickly understand and articulate high‑technology solutions that align with customer requirements.
The role’s primary responsibility will be leading sales activities within the UK market, while contributing to broader European initiatives as needed. Our main focus is selling real‑time Linux‑based computer systems for simulation and embedded computing applications.
This position is part of the Concurrent Real-Time (CCRT) team—an HBK company specializing in real‑time software, simulator systems, and hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) solutions that enable accelerated product development and improved time‑to‑market. Our portfolio includes RedHawk Linux, real‑time virtual machines, high‑performance computing platforms, advanced debugging tools, and more.
For over 50 years, Concurrent Real-Time has been the industry leader in real-time Linux solutions for mission‑critical applications. With offices in six countries, our core competencies include:
- X‑in‑the‑Loop simulation (HIL, MIL, AI‑in‑the‑Loop)
- High‑speed data acquisition and signal conditioning
- Process control solutions
- High‑performance visual systems
- Low‑latency transaction processing
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead all sales activities across the UK market, including direct engagement with Aerospace & Defence customers, military research labs, and related organizations.
- Prepare and deliver high‑impact technical presentations on company products and services, including visual servers, GPU workbench systems, computing platforms, and data‑center management tools.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and sales teams to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Generate high‑quality sales opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and ensure successful renewal and expansion of customer accounts.
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and coordinate delivery of solutions.
- Support customers with technical challenges and identify opportunities for upgrades or improvements.
- Gather, document, and analyze customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Identify market trends and areas for operational improvement, sharing insights with senior leadership.
- Set and achieve sales goals and performance targets.
- Provide training or guidance to other sales team members on product technicalities.
- Travel up to 50% as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience selling complex technology solutions (e.g., visual servers, GPU systems, computing platforms, or data‑center tools).
- Ability to translate highly technical information for non‑technical audiences.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
