This role offers the chance to influence the HBK software portfolio and advance connected engineering workflows. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li flexible and collaborative work environment /li li professional growth /li li work-life balance /li li opportunity to work with modern technologies /li li influence technical direction /li li global technology leader /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Own the vision and roadmap for nCode DesignLife and GlyphWorks, aligning customer needs with business objectives /li li Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to prioritize and deliver high-value capabilities /li li Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand workflows and market trends /li li Define and communicate product strategy across internal teams, sales, and leadership /li li Support PI Planning and Inspect Adapt events, providing product context to Scrum teams and the ART /li li Represent the voice of the customer across the product lifecycle for durability engineers, simulation analysts, and data scientists /li li Collaborate with product marketing and sales on positioning, messaging, training, and go-to-market activities /li li Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement /li li Champion innovation and technical excellence to keep nCode as a market leader in fatigue and durability analytics /li li Drive integration strategy across HBK portfolio and key technology partners to support connected workflows /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Extensive experience with nCode DesignLife and GlyphWorks, durability engineering, and fatigue analysis /li li Strong understanding of fatigue methods, durability validation, CAE-driven design, test data analysis, and simulation workflows /li li Bachelors degree (or higher) in a technical discipline like Mechanical/Aerospace/Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science /li li Proven experience in product management or technical leadership roles /li li Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex concepts into clear product direction /li li Experience with Agile development and cross-functional software teams /li li Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li li Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment /li /ul ul li Customer focus /li li Stakeholder engagement /li li Cross-functional collaboration /li li Durability engineering and fatigue analysis /li li CAE-driven design and simulation workflows /li li Engineering data analytics /li /ul
