Hbinfo is seeking a Sundry Debt Officer to join on a part-time, fixed-term basis (2 years) to administer, bill, collect and recover sundry debts, housing benefit overpayments and BID levies. You will help maximise income collection while ensuring customers are treated fairly and professionally.
Experience in debt recovery, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential.
