Production Operative – Day shift
Location: Strongdor Factory, Morecambe
Salary: Starting salary of £29,000
Do you want an early finish every Friday? Working on our day shift allows you to finish at 2:45pm every Friday giving you extra time to enjoy the weekend!

What you’ll be doing:
As a Production Operative, you'll play an important role in creating our industry-leading steel doors.
You’ll be:
- Working as part of a supportive team to manufacture bespoke steel doors to specification and quality standards
- Operating machinery, tools and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Following safe working practices and operating procedures
- Maintaining high housekeeping standards
- Sharing ideas for improvements
- Supporting different areas of production when required
What we are looking for:
- Good timekeeping
- A structured and organised approach to work
- Flexibility to adapt to different tasks
- Previous manufacturing experience (desirable)
