Salary: Β£28,000 - Β£30,000, depending on knowledge, skills and experience

We are seeking a Helpdesk Co-ordinator to join our Estates team. You will manage the day-to-day operation of the Estates Helpdesk, ensuring maintenance requests, contractor activities and associated administrative processes are coordinated efficiently and effectively.

You will act as a key link between customers, maintenance teams and contractors, providing excellent customer service whilst supporting the safe, compliant and effective operation of the College estate.

We are looking for the right person as much as the right experience. Full training will be provided on our systems, procedures and Estates operations. We welcome applications from candidates who may not have direct Estates experience but can demonstrate excellent customer service, organisational skills and a willingness to learn and develop within the role.

All applicants will be subject to pre-employment screening, which includes an enhanced DBS and reference check prior to appointment.
