HBF are currently working with a desirable independent Northwest housebuilder who are looking to recruit a Senior Architectural Technician to take a key role within their Land & Technical team. You will work closely with the Technical Manager and wider departments across the organisation, taking a lead role in ensuring the business remains competitive and technically robust. This opportunity would suit someone looking to make a real impact, shape processes, and take ownership of architectural and technical delivery across multiple residential developments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with external consultants and third-party organisations, including Housing Associations
- Development and ongoing review of house-type working drawings
- Preparation and refinement of standard construction details
- Producing options and choices drawings for sales and marketing use
- Managing planning condition discharges and amendments
- Submitting and discharging Building Regulations and warranty applications (including NHBC)
